01100% Offline Architecture

Quiet Drop is an offline-first file transfer utility. Transfers occur directly between two Android devices connected to the same local Wi-Fi network or direct Wi-Fi hotspot. Quiet Drop requires zero internet connectivity to transfer documents, images, and archives between nearby devices.

02Zero External Data Transmission

At no point during discovery, handshake, or payload streaming is any file, filename, checksum, or metadata transmitted across the public internet. We operate no cloud storage, no intermediate file cache, and no tracking relay servers. Files travel strictly across the physical radio boundary of your local network.

03Zero Telemetry and Zero Logs

Quiet Drop does not record transfer logs, file registries, recipient histories, or device MAC addresses. The application contains zero commercial analytics libraries, zero advertising frameworks, and zero crash-reporting daemons that send data externally.

04File Integrity and Storage

Transferred payloads are written directly into your device's designated downloads or user-selected folder in their original byte-exact format without compression, modification, or telemetry watermarks. Temporary buffers allocated in memory are reclaimed upon transfer completion.
